If you’re thinking of doing a distance learning course, make sure that the institution is fully accredited. There are a lot of rogue operations out there who offer qualifications that are completely worthless.
Check that the college is accredited by the Open and Distance Learning Quality Council, and that it has signed up to the Association of British Correspondence Colleges Code of Ethics.
